To munch on your preferred cheesy delights, we have received this recipe for individuals who are on a Vegan diet. Vegan Cashew Cheese is designed with cashews, a pinch of rock salt and is dairy free of charge!

VEGAN CASHEW CHEESE

Ingredients

1 cup cashew nuts
Rock salt to flavor

Technique

1. In a large bowl, incorporate cashew nuts and incorporate ample water and soak 6-8 several hours.
2. Drain and transfer the soaked cashew nuts into a blender jar. Incorporate ¼ cup h2o and mix nicely. Include sufficient drinking water to blend to easy paste.
3. Transfer the geared up combination into bowl and preserve it on the kitchen area counter for 6-8 several hours.
