I have been on plant-based eating for 7 months and have been having great deal of hair loss for the past 4 months. I have been eating good fat as well such as nuts and avocado. I know the hair loss is part of the detox and cleansing and the body adjusting, but still, sometimes it's worrying. Your video is a gift. I know my hair will grow back even stronger. Thanks Divya!

My advice: go to chronometer and write everything you ate that day…you will see which elements you ate too little and will be able to know exactly on which you have to higher your intake.

What is the best product or brand to cure your balding hair and regrow it naturally? I read many good reviews on the net about how exactly Rozefatrun Method can help you cure your hair loss and regrow it safely. Has anyone tried using this hair loss home remedy?

I’ve been vegetarian for 3 years and my hair has never fallen out until now. You can completely see thinning on one side and when I wake up in the morning my pillow is covered in hair

When you start to eat healthy your body starts to detox immediately and it can pull the nutrients out of your hair because it needs lots of vitamines and minerals during the detoxification.

I truly hope this is true because I have definitely noticed my hair thinning since going mostly vegan. My hair is definitely softer, but that's worth nothing to me if I have less hair. A lot of my identity is wrapped up in having gorgeous, thick blonde hair, and I would be absolutely devastated if it went away.

B6 (biotin) found in animal products (and nutritional yeast, thank god for vegans), causes hair growth and nail growth, a deficiency causes hair loss

Although of course lack of calories can also do it, because the body directs energy where it’s most important (hair can go on the back burner)

Thank you, I went vegan & am going thru this now. How long did it take your hair to grow back? How bad did it get at peak of shedding? Was your scalp visible? Thank you!

Hi! I was a vegetarian for about 4 months (I k not very long but I wanted to try it for a month for New Years but it stuck for longer) and I noticed my hair started shedding again so I began to eat meat again now going on two months and it’s still shedding☹️. Should I take iron tablets or something like that? I already take hair vitamins but I don’t think that’s working. Thanks so much

I’ve been vegetarians for over a year and my hair keeps falling out and it’s extremely thin.. , I’ve cut it a few times, hoping it would grow back and stronger but… it didn’t. it’s scary.. sometimes I wonder if it’s because I don’t eat Meat.i know there are other protein sources but still… why would it fall out? 😔

its normal for some people , vegan or not , there is a youtuber Gina Lester she eats meat as well yet her hair loss is worse than yours she literally had bald patches on her scalp , Ive seen many people on youtube and in real life that have experience terrible hair loss and they all eat meat. Look I tried a 100% vegan diet for 6 months and it wasn't just hair loss, but my hair started to cut itself about 27 cm while the rest of my hair is 47 cm long. I was taking B12 pills, eating legumes, eating nutricional yeast, trying to balance my food as much as I could, eating soy protein, seitan. No way… I started to develop fongus on my skin and the hair was cut by itself at some point. I love to be vegan and I would love to keep that way of life because I love animals, but I couldn't. Maybe not all bodies response in the same way. We have millions of years like this, eating everything.
