    Someone made a comment on another video about a keto ultra marathoner who won 1st place in a 100 mi run 35 min faster then the 2nd place. I wonder how many carbs he loaded up on 1-2 days before the race?? People, seem to only see what they want! Ughhh, I can't stand it anymore!

    What's your opinion of taking a rest day in the middle of the week? That's what my trainer has always recommended. Working hard Sunday-Tuesday rest on Wednesday and the go back to working Thursday-Saturday

    I wish I could get to bed that early. With my commute from work I'm home around 7:30, still have to eat dinner, and then have things to do around the house. Great tips though!!
