    hi! just a quick caveat, the trador joe's " almond cheese" has milk in it. i had no idea! the cashier told me when i was purchasing it. She assumed i was vegan and was concerned. check out the ingredients. it's misleading bc it says "almond milk".

    Im currently 149 ibs 5'5 but carry a lot of belly fat. I'm trying to get a slimmer belly at least to 120 ibs. I'm going to start the keto vegan diet today. I'll update on my progress soon.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASSSSE DONT USE ALMOND MILK PRODUCTS!! IT KILLS MILLIONS OF BEES A YEAR. (They are dying at drastic and unseen rates) BEES ARE ENDANGERED AND BEING TERRIBLY EXPLOITED BC THEYRE A VITAL PART OF ALMOND PRODUCTION. THEY ARE OVERLOOKED EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CONSIDERED “LIVE STOCK” TOO, JUST LIKE A COW OR PIG THAT WE FIGHT FOR. PLEASE DO THE BEES A FAVOR AND SWITCH OVER TO OAT MILK OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU LIKE (the bees will thank you for it) 🐝 ♥️

    Don’t want to be negative because I think you are awesome, but that cheese from T joe is not vegan and your salad dressing from Whole Foods is not vegan either. You need to pay more attention to ingredients list and also almost all vegan products have the “V” label.

    Almond cheese is made with casein which is a diary product. It is delicious though.
