    My doctor recommended me organic Colza oil, not expensive (3 euros for 75ml in France) and with many Omega 3. (Good ratio omega 3/omega 6). And really tasty, also for the expansive olive oil addicted l am.

    That brand of almond cheese is not vegan, which is very lame because why make a nut-based cheese and put milk protein in it? False advertising, imo. Good news is there are several other brands that taste even better and are actually vegan.

    I am also vegan, but I believe that almond Cheese is not vegan. Unfortunately, it contains "Casein" (milk protein). Besides that this was a great guide for some meal preping. Thank you.
