it would be nice if you would do the measurements in cups considering americans do not know abt liters, grams, mils and all of tht. i am sry. but if you could say "bout 2 cups or 2 and half cups" it does not have to be exact. thank you your meals are great. when you spk fast on the names of the recipes we also have trouble understanding you. thank you. you accent is super tho. just so fast. i would hate to be your employee. i would not last the afternoon because it would take me so long to catch the words. lol

You guys should do an exercise video. You're both very fit, and I think it would be great to follow your example. I'm a relatively new vegetarian (8 months) struggling with my weight, so following your meal plans and exercise plans would probably help me a lot!

Just a thought, takes longer but for example, making the tomato sauce fresh, and cooking the garbanzos in advance increases the yumm quality and reduces cans from the environment. Also, any ideas if you live where maple syrup is not easily available?

You guys are absolutely inspiring. First of all – always loved the Irish accent, it's stupidly relaxing. Second, I'm the fussiest eater in my family and as of lately I barely eat and when I do it's always garbage. But your channel is showing me ways to take some of my old favourite meals and make them ridiculously healthy in a way that seems almost non-intrusive. Keep it up – I'd love to buy your book soon once I've got some spare cash! 🙂

Shop lost says hummus, but I didn't see them use it, unless they meant chick peas??
