    These "meal preps," with lettuce and avocado and such in them, does no one use a microwave to warm up their foods? Or am I missing something and need to microwave my lettuce as well.

    but when you blend or juice fruits they start to lose their nutrients the more time passes, it's a terrible idea to meal prep smoothie. i'm not convinced it wouldn't start to oxidate in the fridge either, wouldn't it turn brown?
    the recipes shown are smoothies, roasted vegetables and pan-fried bell peppers. that's it. it was not that useful. i think it would've been better if you had made the roasted vegetables and then detailed how you used it throughout the week in different ways so it wasn't boring; i'm very interested in that frittata recipe for example. for me this was not a good meal prep video

    If you are eating the smoothies as a meal PLEASE remember to add all the nutrients you need. Add some nut butter, or protein power, or frozen veggies!!

    Those breakfast smoothie bowls are NOT meals. It's a side. And there are no fats in the meals here (that measly slice of avocado per dish doesn't count for anything) these meals are screaming "eating disorder"
