*Components Record*

POTATO SALAD:
5-7 medium pink potatoes
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/3 cup chopped celery
vegan mayonnaise (to style. Include slowly but surely)
yellow mustard (to style. Insert slowly)
2 heaping tablespoons
salt and pepper to flavor

MAC & CHEESE
cooked macaroni noodles
1/4 cup vegan butter
~1/4 cup white flour
2.5 cups unsweetened nondairy milk
1 block of vegan cheese, shredded*
1 bag of shredded vegan cheese
1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup of dietary yeast
1/2 teaspoon vegetable bullion
*can use two bags of shredded vegan cheese instead

GREENS
1/4 cup butter (optional, but utilised to saute onions. can use oil of preference)
1/3 cup onions
2 luggage of greens (comprehensively washed)
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of vegetable bullion
Salt and pepper to taste
