Hey men sorry it is been so extensive since I’ve posted I am the worst YouTuber ever wow.

This is just a minor vegan food prep online video with largely wholefood ingredients (not wholly wholefoods tho sorry). I have frozen and reheated almost everything (apart from the salad) now with no challenges so they all seem to be freezer helpful recipes.

    How has reheating gone? And how long would you say they last? I'm trying to think of how I would be able to not cook as much as possible after giving birth and not have to depend on friends or family who arent well versed on what veganism is.

    After cooking raw foods which were previously frozen, it is safe to freeze the cooked foods. If previously cooked foods are thawed in the refrigerator, you may refreeze the unused portion. Freeze leftovers within 3-4 days.
