    A regular in our home. Easy to add ground beef for the meat eaters and leave it out for the vegetarians/vegans. I like cooking my own green lentils (20 mins, no soaking) and/or canned chick peas or quickly throw in a can of mixed beans. The lentils makes it taste more homey.

    I've never made vegetarian chili, I thought what the heck? I'll give it a try and boy I'm glad I did, it was delicious! It will now be a staple meal in my house. It's healthy, filling and easy to put together, best of all I will freeze portions and have chili whenever I'm in the mood.     Looks delicious! I make something very similar except I add in eggplant , squash and zucchini. Gives it an even more hearty texture.
