Buzzing for week two! Itโs so refreshing to see a realistic outlook on nutrition because I feel like a lot of advice online is based on restricted diets that just arenโt sustainable and donโt make you feel good. Thank you for your advice and motivation and keep up the good work everybody ๐ช๐ป

Week 1 wasn't great for me, I lost motivation on day 2 ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ, I am starting strong for week 2๐ช๐ช๐ช I am hoping this I carry on this energy through week 2

Wow ๐คฉ I am amazed this second weeks workout was the best , I enjoyed every minute of it ๐ช๐ฝ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ I did both videos and finished strong
I've been working out only twice a week for abt 3 weeks before this program so week 1 killed me and I had to switch my rest days ๐ฅฒ
But I already feel a whole lot better and feel less bloated than before ๐๐
