    V informative video. I'm snr citizen n diabetic n don't have wrinkles but laughlines. I eat most of the foods n veggies that you have mentioned but we don't get avocados n blueberries in Mumbai India. I eat low glycemic carbs like oats millets dryfruits flaxseeds etc n drink lots of water no whiteflour n sugary priducts, no redmeats What's good for you may not be good for me tomatoes are not good for acidity

    Thanks you, could really combine those in two short meals, I eat anchovies/sardines daily with olive oil but could add grated carrots, avacados and tomatoes to that, likewise blueberries and apple's with/as part of breakfast

    I would ditch the chicken and cheese and add dark leafy greens for the highest assimilable protein. Chicken and dairy cheese are not healthy foods.

    Actually i cured my hair falling by just drinking lots and lots of water. No doctor talks about it except for a persian doctor who wrote the book: “you are not sick you are thirsty, your bodies many cries for water” after learning about his research i tried it and BAM! After two years of my hair falling constantly it got better in just two or three days!!!! I am NOT kidding you. I stopped coffee , cut back on tea, and drank lots of water. It worked in 2-3 days!!! Eversince i drink lots of water every day and really dont care about what doctors say about it.

    My list is very simple
    1) Indian Gooseberry (Empty Stomach in the morning)
    2) Water (3.5 to 4l)
    3) Fish (Bombay Duck) 3 times a week
    4) Eggs Daily :p
    5) Heavy Weight lifting.
    6) Fruits…
    Thats all you need
    Also I walk 5 miles daily.
