    Every body is unique and will react in a different way! It is wrong to attract viewers using weight loss to make people warm to a vegan diet. Veganism is a lifestyle NOT a diet!! i've been vegetarian almost all my life and went vegan 3 years ago. After one year had blood work done and yes cholesterol and blood pressure are remarkable healthier! Yet the protein in the blood was lower than normal. Never thought that cutting out dairy will make so much difference in protein intake. For me that meant 25 grams protein less every day. So to make my daily protein levels right i had to eat more grains, seeds, nuts, pasta, rice…Adding these extra carbs and calories made me gain MORE weight! (+25 pounds) Bud i feel great and have so much energy and mojo so no regrets at all! Veganism is not something you can become overnight or start without any nutrition knowledge! Contact a nutritionist or educate yourself from a reliable media not on youtube!! This will help you be healthy on a vegan lifestyle, stop the bad publicity and win more souls 😉

    Im vegan and the thing I have to say it's all good. I have my cheat periods when I eat more ice cream and such. It shows up with lower energy. So as long as you eat enough and well. As a bonus, you will start to enjoy cooking. 🙂

    I’m vegan in my drug choice as well, weed and shrooms = expanded consciousness, stress relief, and less depression. Will say before I added shrooms to the mix the weed did more damage than help bc I was at a low low point and wasn’t smoking bc I was happy, but the magic of the mushrooms causing the urge to smoke to not be there and there’s no dependence makes smoking so much more relaxing and therapeutic
    (Edit, I literally do not care about your opinions if it has to do w legality or that I’m promoting it, bc the same people talking about it being illegal probably the same people on prescription opiates tied to those for life bc docs say it’ll help, going vegan or being vegan in drug choice is just as beneficial, and if anything make you more conscious of your body and treating it with way more respect which makes being vegan easier
