I think the most important spice for scrambled tofu is black salt / kala namak ! So yummy. Great video

The problem (that I have) with care/of is not whether the packaging is recyclable or not, but how wasteful it is.

Technically you have three carbs being carbs come in 3 types: fiber, starch, sugar. Tofu is a bean full of fiber-carb. Bell pepper has fiber-carb. Sweet potato is a starch-carb. Ketchup has sugar- refined carb. You have mostly healthy carbs with the exception of the Ketchup due to sugar. For the love of all that is holy people shouldn't fear carbs as long as it's not refined. There you have it. Love your channel. New subscriber

Going to try the tofu/bean patties tonight but I will slice up zucchini and salt them and let the liquid pull out for an hour or so before processing. Looks absolutely delicous 🙂 Loved your butternut squash pasta <3

One of those plastic pouches everyday is just so wasteful, especially as soft plastics and mixed plastics tend to be non recyclable. Compostable usually means industrially compostable, not at home, and industrial composting places are few and far between. Why not just get a vegan multivitamin and have an alarm? One small plastic tub every 2 months vs one plastic pouch a day

Girl, lovely videos, recipes and vibe! But please, consider not using as much plastic and other singe-use materials (e.g. packaging of ingredients like frozen veg or the individually packaged vitamin supplements!). Unfortunately, the global trash management system stinks big time and a ginormous amount of waste ends up in the ocean where animals suffer and die. So please, explore your local zero-waste stores or use bring your own cloth bags or tupperwares when shopping. It`ll be cool if you could also talk about your experience and get more vegans on board with using less packaging, the zero-waste movement and vegans should link forces for sure! Thanx and greets from Bulgaria 🙂

Life hack: the Care/of protein powder labels peel off really easy. I peel off the label and wash it and use it to store bulk items like flour and oats.

My husband heard from vegan influencers that he "needed" to take b12, so he did. Then he got his blood tested and his b12 was way too high! I wish that vegan influencers would just recommend that people get their blood tested and leave it at that.

I had a nurse tell me that coffee is a natural diuretic and can make you dehydrated and that's why they say to drink water first. 😉
