    You are right, 'play it by ear' is the correct phrase, it was originally meant as playing music without a score sheet but has evolved into a similar meaning as 'go with the flow' 🙂 I love all of your videos, your voice is so soothing!

    QUESTION:
    Why do you not provide calorie info with your recipes? Those of us wanting to lose weight might pass on many of your recipes because of calorie & fat content (all those nuts and seeds).

    I'm amazed that you're not a heavy person. Just looking at the muesli breakfast, as yummy as it looks, it must be 500-600 calories at the very least. If that's the case, you must be well over 2000 for the day. How do you not get bigger?
