2.5 cups oats
1/2 cup raw quinoa
1/2 pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup almonds, finely diced
1/4 cup dried tart cherries, diced
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 heaping tbsp your favored nut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
