    Tried your avocado pesto recipe last night. My first time making pesto and I just came here to say, IM HOOKED.

    I added mushrooms to the toasted tomato pan. Instead of zucchini noodles (don’t have a spiral thingy and couldn’t find any in store) I used gluten free noodles from Publix.

    I also bought broccoli and other ingredients so I can try your salad (;

    Gonna try the smoothie too.

    Thank you so so much. Your recipes are bomb.

    Great video! Love the smoothie and juice. I just started eating a plant based diet about 2 weeks ago, still keeping it low carb/keto though. I'm excited to see more of your vids and make some of your food.

    This is so useful to look at how you're making this work. I'm trying to heal my epilepsy and I realized that carbs (even healthy carbs) are a big issue for my condition. But could I really be plant-based and low-carb? It seems on the expensive side but I'm sure this is something that I can at least try….. while my kids eat plant-based (and higher carb) with me.

    That music is making me cringe 🙁 I will save y'all $4, I wasted it on a frozen pkg of zuchinni spirals and they were awful, mushy. I heard balsamic vinegar has a good bit of sugar. Shoot, I can't make the pesto since garlic gave me leaky gut.

    Centrifugal vs. Masticating juicers. Centrifugal juicers create a lot of air bubbles this causes upset stomachs for some. Something to keep in mind if you’re in the market.
