Hey guys!!! I was so tired today but wanted to show you what I eat in a day now that I’m vegan/plant based! Obviously this is only a portion of the things I eat, I have discovered soo many amazing, simple recipes, so I may need to do a part two! Also I was so tired that I totally missed filming a few parts of things, hence the random clips of enzo! I’ve listed all the recipes and ingredients below. Let me know if you want any more info!

Morning Protein Shake:
Nuzest USA x Lil Sipper Probiotic Protein Vanilla (I also have chocolate!)
Good Karma Flax + Protein Milk (Unsweetened)
Moon Juice Vegan Collagen Creamer
Banana (sometimes blueberries, whatever I have on hand!)
Moon Juice Vegan Collagen Creamer (Just started trying this, it’s good!)

Vegan Chickpea “Tuna”
1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas rinsed and drained
14 grams Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Vegan Mayo
16 grams Primal Kitchen Organic Spicy Brown Mustard
Red onion (optional!)
Lemon Juice
Mash chickpeas and mix, and enjoy!!
