Hey friends! 🌞 I imagined it’d be enjoyable to do something a small unique and present you what I take in in a working day while you dangle out in the kitchen area with me! I am going to be exhibit you whole recipes that are vegan, uncomplicated and most importantly, yummy! Hope you enjoy💛

MeatBall Recipe:

1 can unsalted brown lentils ( help you save 1/4 cup of the aquafaba )
1/4 cup aquafaba
2 slices of bread ( white preferably )
2-3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup contemporary parsley
1/4 cup unflavoured oat milk
1/4 – 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 heaping tsp oregano
2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp basil
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp flax seed
black pepper to flavor
1 – 1/2 tsp worthy of of salt ( style it! )

– Mince garlic, chop parsley and increase it to a large bowl along with every thing apart from bread and oat milk

– in one more lesser bowl incorporate your oat milk. Slice the crust off your bread then dip it into the oat milk until saturated. Give it a squeeze then chop into compact pieces and include it to the bowl with almost everything else.

    tip on the fruit roll ups: low and slow is the way to go and since your oven runs a bit warmer try leaving the oven door open. I grew up making the Persian version of these with my dad and we always used our oven and left it open just a BIT
