    My diet’s probably 10% High quality antibiotic free meat. And then it’s the raw vegan diet. And in some instances i will integrate the vegetarian diet which includes yogurt and eggs.

    I just don’t feel nourished on 100% raw. something just doesn’t feel right. when I eat meat , yogurt, eggs, cheese, I feel fully deeply nourished in all my muscles and cells for long-term energy. But I still include large amounts of nuts and vegetable pate‘s in my diet which are extremely nourishing when included with a combination of the vegetarian and meat eating diets.

    I’m very much into doing what feels right for you – being responsible for yourself in the realm of eating what you need to in order to sustain and develop muscles.

    It’s a really fun mastery skill and very empowering to know what to eat that’s good for you to sustain your muscle and to sustain your happiness.

    What does creatine do for your body and where can I find the one you use? Would you recommend this for somebody that is really trying to clean out their body I’m currently 217 and I want to be 177. I normally eat between hours of 11a and 9pm. Let me know your thoughts on calorie counting. I feel like I don’t eat enough and as the result the weight seems to stay on. Mind you my baby is 2 years old.
