    Love these kinds of vids, esp when you guys go hiking or biking and take a little picnic. It's so much fun. We do it too, I love taking a backpack with sammiches and a treat when we hike. Would love to see a cookie recipe video when you guys have a chance! 🍪

    Your sandwich looks amazing! I’ve tried the Spread Em’ products here in Barrie Ontario. They are quite good. Your part of the country is so beautiful. I was looking for the sprouted pasta you showed in another video, and I can’t find it here (yet)… I’ll keep looking. You sure do eat a lot of food, though. But then you’re young and quite active. (I’m 69). Half the smoothie and that sandwich would do me for the day! And I’m reasonably active! 😃
