    Not if you have salicylate intolerance. Then it gives you stomach pain and diarrhea. Fruit juice raises your blood sugar almost as much as soda if you have diabetes. Everyone is different.

    I think juicing is BETTER than any man made drink on earth. PERIOD. But it is better to eat fruit whole in its natural form – for blood-sugar and fiber digestion reasons. We should not use steel teeth but our own. I think blending vegetables "lightly" is a better use of juicers. Which is why I will buy them anyway.
