love the program. i dont follow it to the T every single day of my life but i have lost 10lbs since the day after Christmas and my husband went vegan a few days later. He is new to being vegan so i sub in some "fake meat" and other junk to help with transition. I like the Facebook group. I have cut back on my daily bagle and bread addiction and I am just morw aware of oil and stuff than i was before. it's a fabulous point of reference for how you should be eating most meals.

I don’t need to lose weight… is this WSLF better than the regular McDougall for acne? I’ve had good results with the regular McDougall but I want to fully clear it

So late to this party, but when I was a little kid my favorite thing was freshly picked Mirabelle plums from my mom’s garden; they’re small, yellow plums that have less tang than the bigger ones. I also love gooseberries.

TL, DR; All Whole Foods. No processed. Limited salt and sugar. Leafy greens, collars greens, root vegetables, oats, potatoes, (brown) rice, quinoa, are to be eaten in abundance. Fruits are to be eaten in small amounts as a snack. Fats (almonds, avocados) are to be eaten in very small amounts.

Thanks for this video. I've been thinking about going on WSLF to help me lose weight while I'm going to college. I've begun to realize how much oil is actually in foods and wondering what I could eat. This video helps! So TFS! I enjoy oats raw as well. I mash a couple bananas with about a cup of oats and flavor with various fruits and peanut butter (pre wslf).

Currently I'm not following a strict WSLF diet, but I did eat one WSLF meal everyday for lunch. Not only did I have more energy and was full longer, I lost 3 pounds. Next week I'm going to try and follow it everyday for breakaway and lunch
